Center for the Advancement of Evidence-Based Practice
The center prepares practitioners for evidence-based practice (EBP) through building knowledge and skills, implements and advances EBP initiatives, facilitates organizational change toward an EBP culture, synthesizes and disseminates evidence through scholarly practice, and helps shape health policy through application of sound evidence.
Center for Improving Health Outcomes in Children, Teens and Families
The center marries interdisciplinary research to clinical practice. Its research covers, among other things, healthy weight treatment and maintenance programs for preschool children, the impact of a mother's voice on premature infants' development, and school-based support groups for adolescents with addicted parents.
Healthcare Delivery and Policy Program
The program will focus on facilitating and promoting a sustainable U.S. health care delivery system that produces high-value health care for all citizens.
